Expertly hand-upholstered using sumptuous British fleece wool, cotton, and horsehair, this mattress delivers a perfect balance of support, breathability, and lasting comfort. Thoughtfully constructed to offer exceptional value without sacrificing quality, the Baronet Superb is ideal for those who desire refined comfort each and every night.
Designed for medium tension, this pocket sprung mattress features precision-engineered springs, each sewn into its own calico pocket, then hand-formed into a robust honeycomb-nested unit. This superior spring system provides tailored support and minimises motion transfer, ensuring a restful and undisturbed night’s sleep. The 21cm deep mattress border, complete with two rows of authentic hand side-stitching, reinforces the mattress edge while air vents encourage optimal ventilation. Sturdy horizontal handles on all sides allow for easy manoeuvring.
The upholstery incorporates horsehair needle-teased onto hessian, sealed in a hair-proof cambric cover, and overlaid with 1000gsm of bonded British fleece wool and cotton. This premium blend offers a naturally soft and breathable sleeping surface, finished with your choice of Belgian ticking and hand-tufted with felt washers for maximum durability.
