Lochlea Fallow Edition First Crop Oloroso Sherry Cask Lowland Single Malt Scotch｜ Other Products

Lochlea Fallow Edition is the winter release in the seasonal series from the South Ayrshire farm distillery where Robert Burns lived and worked from 1777 to 1784. Each season's edition follows the farming calendar, and Fallow, when the fields rest, is the richest and most warming style. The First Crop was matured in first-fill Oloroso sherry casks and bottled at 92 proof, non-chill-filtered and naturally colored.Made entirely from barley grown on the estate and distilled under former Laphroaig master distiller John Campbell, it leans into the sherry: dried fruit, raisin, toffee and warm baking spice on the nose, then a rich palate of sherried fruit, dark chocolate, honeyed malt and ginger, finishing long and warming with gentle oak. The first Fallow Edition ever released, it is a fireside Lowland malt and a collector's piece for fans following Lochlea's seasonal story.Buy Lochlea Fallow Edition First Crop Oloroso Sherry Cask Lowland Single Malt Scotch online with fast shipping right to your door.
