Martin Road Series DE Retro Plus Mahogany Acoustic-Electric Guitar｜ Other Products

Meet your brand-new old friend. The Martin Road Series DE Retro Plus Mahogany Acoustic-Electric Guitar delivers classic dreadnought power with a refined, broken-in voice straight out of the case. Inspired by iconic 18-style Martins, this model pairs timeless design with modern craftsmanship for players who want vintage tone without the wait.
The torrefied solid spruce top is thermally aged to enhance resonance, responsiveness, and harmonic richness—producing the warm, open sound of a well-played vintage guitar from day one. Solid mahogany back and sides add focused lows, strong mids, and clear note separation, making this an ideal dreadnought for strumming, flatpicking, and vocal accompaniment.
A Performing Artist neck with High-Performance Taper offers modern, comfortable playability, while the ebony fingerboard and bridge provide smooth feel and precise articulation. Outfitted with LR Baggs Element electronics with volume and tone controls, the DE Retro Plus Mahogany is fully stage-ready. From gigging musicians to serious home players, this is a lifetime instrument built to inspire—available from Sky Music Australia.
