Darnley's View London Dry Gin｜ Other Products

Darnley's View is a Scottish London dry gin from the Wemyss family of Wemyss Castle in Fife, the same family behind Kingsbarns Distillery and Wemyss Malts. It takes its name from a moment in 1565 when Mary Queen of Scots first spied her future husband, Lord Darnley, through a courtyard window at the castle. Made to London dry standards, nothing is added after distillation except water to bring it to 80 proof. Its six botanicals are juniper, lemon peel, elderflower, coriander, angelica and orris root, and elderflower is the signature: The Gin Is In found a mild juniper aroma followed by distinct floral notes, lemon developing across the palate and a warm, slightly sweet juniper finish, with the elderflower just strong enough to be floral without overpowering, and rated it 4 out of 5 for versatility. A superb Aviation or Martini gin and an elegant Gin and Tonic with a lemon twist.Buy Darnley's View London Dry Gin online with fast shipping right to your door.
