12,400mg of mushrooms per serving, from concentrated extracts, in chocolate.
Nine mushrooms, and the four you have heard of are all at 2,000mg equivalent - Lion's Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps and Chaga. Tremella at 1,200mg, Maitake and Agaricus Blazei at 1,000mg, Shiitake and Oyster at 600mg. Alongside them, KSM-66® ashwagandha, bacopa, rhodiola, schisandra and ginkgo. Every extract ratio is printed on the label - 5:1, 10:1, 15:1 - so the 12,400mg is a figure you can take apart rather than a blend weight you have to trust. One scoop into coffee, milk, water or a shake. Chocolate, 8 calories.
Made for anyone who has read about functional mushrooms, looked at what is actually on the shelf, and wants to know the dose before they buy.
Why It Works
·       12,400mg of mushrooms per 4g serving - nine of them, plus five botanicals, each listed separately at its own dose
·       2,000mg equivalent each of Lion's Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps and Chaga - the four names most people arrive at first, all at the same figure
·       Concentrated extracts, not whole mushroom powder - every ratio stated, so the 12,400mg is checkable against anything else on the shelf
·       KSM-66® ashwagandha, bacopa, rhodiola, schisandra and ginkgo - each at its own stated dose, not folded into the mushroom total
·       8 calories per serving - dark chocolate, sweetened with stevia. No artificial sweeteners or colours
What You'll Feel
·       A number you can take apart: the 12,400mg is nine figures added together, and all nine are printed. Most brands give you the total and stop there
·       Nothing to force down: chocolate, straight into coffee or a shake. Not a beige powder you have to negotiate with every morning
·       The real thing, not a token inclusion: most of this category sells whole mushroom powder in small amounts. This is concentrated extract at a stated ratio
·       A habit, not an event: nothing here asks for your attention. You take it, and then you get on with your day
·       Past the trend: you have read about lion's mane. This is the version with the figures attached
How to use
Mix one scoop (4g) into 200-300ml of coffee, milk, water or your shake of choice. Stir or blend until dissolved and drink once daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
