Launch Offer｜ Home Decor ｜Beat Street Original Poster (Signed Arthur Baker)

This original theatrical poster for Beat Street dates from 1984 and was acquired during the week of the film’s release via an art gallery purchase.
The poster is signed by Arthur Baker, who served as music producer and supervisor for the film’s soundtrack. Baker was a key figure in early hip-hop and electro production during the 1980s, and his involvement in Beat Street positioned the film as a significant cultural document of the era.
This version of the poster is noted as a less common design variant and is not the widely circulated pink “dancer” style poster most frequently associated with the film’s promotional campaign - a rarer version from the original release period.
The piece connects early hip-hop cinema, soundtrack production, and 1980s New York street culture through a signed poster.
