Johnnie Walker Blue Label Elusive Umami is a limited release born from a partnership between master blender Emma Walker and Michelin-starred chef Kei Kobayashi, the first Japanese chef to earn three stars in France. Together they set out to capture umami, the savory fifth taste, in a Scotch, hand-picking casks from inland and coastal distilleries at the height of maturation; only one in 25,000 casks delivers the profile.Bottled at 86 proof, it is a beautifully balanced play of sweet and savory: blood orange and red berries with sweet wood spice on the nose, then a touch of smoked meat, a hint of salt and pepper and rich fruit on the palate, finishing long and sweetly fruity. Presented in a bottle and box that reinterpret Blue Label in deep red and gold, it is a collector's edition for gastronomes and a striking gift for a food-loving whisky drinker.Buy Johnnie Walker Blue Label Elusive Umami Limited Edition Blended Scotch Whisky online with fast shipping right to your door.
