The answer is 28 botanicals, 22 of them sourced and foraged across the archipelago. Four Filipino citrus fruits — fresh pomelo, dalandan, calamansi, and dayap — give it a citrus signature no European gin can copy; Benguet pine from the Cordillera highlands, fresh mango, and the native flowers sampaguita, ylang-ylang, and kamia add the rest, all anchored on Italian juniper and a base of whole-kernel French winter wheat grown in the Champagne region, which adds a faint caramel roundness.
