The Busker Single Grain Irish Whiskey｜ Other Products

The Busker Single Grain Irish Whiskey is the grain expression from Royal Oak Distillery in County Carlow, where all three styles of Irish whiskey, grain, malt and pot still, are made under one roof. Grain whiskey is usually the quiet partner in a blend; The Busker bottles it on its own, aged in bourbon barrels and Marsala wine casks and bottled at 44.3% ABV (88.6 proof). The result is smooth and approachable with more character than most grain whiskeys: caramel and vanilla from the bourbon wood, a sweet dried-fruit note from the Marsala, and gentle spice and oak on the finish. It sips well over ice and is an excellent cocktail whiskey for a highball, a whiskey sour or an Irish coffee, where its sweetness shines. This 750ml bottle is a well-priced way to explore a style of Irish whiskey most people never taste on its own.
