Curated Discovery｜Optrel Weldcap Bump Welding Cap｜ Fashion Accessories

The Optrel Weldcap Bump is a lightweight auto-darkening welding cap that combines the comfort and flexibility of a welding cap with the added protection of an integrated EN 812/A1-certified bump cap.
Unlike traditional welding helmets that only protect part of the head, the Weldcap Bump provides additional crown protection against minor impacts while maintaining a low-profile, lightweight design. It offers the mobility of a welding cap with a level of head protection closer to a conventional helmet.
The removable flame-retardant textile section is washable and designed for long-term comfort in fabrication shops, maintenance facilities, construction sites, and confined-space welding applications.

Key Features
Integrated Bump Cap Protection
The defining feature of the Weldcap Bump is the built-in bump cap that helps protect the top of the head from minor impacts and accidental strikes while working around structures, equipment, and tight spaces.
Benefits

Added crown protection
Improved stability compared to a standard welding cap
Greater feeling of security during overhead work
Maintains lightweight comfort

Oversized Field of Vision
The ergonomic nose-cutout design allows the lens to sit closer to the eyes, providing a significantly larger viewing area than traditional welding lenses.
Visibility Advantages

Up to 270% greater field of vision than standard welding lenses
Improved peripheral awareness
Better weld positioning accuracy
Enhanced visibility in confined workspaces

Auto-Darkening Lens
The integrated welding filter automatically darkens when an arc is detected.
