It is a fused (kiln-formed) art glass plate, sometimes called a slumped glass plate. The design is created by fusing layers of colored glass in a kiln and then reheating the piece over a mold so it takes on its gently curved square shape. The small bubbles and textured back are normal characteristics of this process.Colours are ruby red, white and green.
