FM/DAB+ ANTENNA AMPLIFIER FOR VW, SEAT AND SKODA CARS WITH ORIGINAL GLASS REAR ANTENNA
A plug-in amplifier that unlocks FM and DAB+ reception from your car's existing rear window antenna — no new aerials needed.
Calearo 7590007
Some Volkswagen vehicles are fitted with FM screen mount antennas from factory.
Many Volkswagen Group vehicles use glass-printed antennas on the rear window instead of a traditional mast. These run alongside the heater elements and are almost invisible.
The 7590007 adaptor uses Calearo's DAB & Play system to make the signals from these antennas available to any DAB receiver — original or aftermarket. Reception quality matches that of the factory setup.
Volkswagen refers to these as diversity antennas. This adaptor enables both FM and DAB signals through the existing antenna, keeping the OEM look intact.
