Selected Pick｜Thievery Corporation: The Richest Man In Babylon Vinyl 2LP｜ Other Products

Double vinyl repress of Thievery Corporation's 2002 album. The Richest Man In Babylon is an extension of ideas formed in 2000's Mirror Conspiracy. The fusion of dub, latin, downtempo, and electronica is expanded here with increasing hip hop, breaks, and Indian influence, all blended super smoothly as usual for TC. Like their previous effort, a worldwide range of guest collaborators complete the sound - ranging from female vocalists to Jamaican MCs. Check "Facing East," "The Outernationalist," "Omid," "All That We Perceive," and "The Richest Man In Babylon." Still oh so schmoove. Comes in gatefold sleeve.
