The strap gives the possibility to transfer all the kicking energy to the fin and to keep control of it. The bungee is flexible and made of latex. The latex is the most elastic material in nature and has the property of being able to stretch up to 8 times its length without breaking and with full elastic memory, that is, recovering the initial length.
