The Aardwolf 180° Rotation Vacuum Lifter series is a crane- and hoist-integrated vacuum lifting system designed for handling flat, smooth, nonporous materials up to 160 kg (353 lbs). Both variants provide full 180° rotation and are built for demanding use in stone fabrication shops, glass handling, and job site installation work.

Both models share the same core design: a high-performance vacuum pump for strong, stable suction; adjustable vacuum pads with integrated measuring scales and locking handles; a self-balancing system; an integrated support stand for stable storage; and audio-visual safety alerts for vacuum pressure monitoring. The key difference is power source — the ARV-180 runs on compressed air (pneumatic), while the AERV-180 runs on 24V electric power with a quick-swap battery for cord-free operation.

AERV-180 — Electric Variant

The AERV-180 is the electric version, running on a 24V quick-swap clip-in battery. The battery can be replaced within seconds, enabling continuous operation without downtime. A cooling fan supports high-duty cycles, and an electric cylinder provides smooth, precise rotation. This variant is ideal for job sites or locations where a compressed air supply is not available.
