The Jamaica ITP 2007 is all-molasses, medium-ester rum from Long Pond in Trelawny Parish — the ITP marque, one of the estate's mid-range fermentation recipes — open-air fermented, distilled on a pot still, fully tropically aged fifteen years in ex-bourbon oak in Jamaica, and bottled in New York State in 2022 at 56% ABV with no sugar, color, or flavoring.
