Corbin Sweet Potato Vodka is a California craft vodka distilled from sweet potatoes, made by Corbin Cash Distillery on the Souza family farm in Atwater, in the San Joaquin Valley, where the family grows the sweet potatoes themselves. It is handcrafted in small batches and bottled at 80 proof.Sweet potatoes give the vodka a character no grain can: a velvety texture, a rich, faintly earthy flavor with a natural sweetness, and a smooth, rounded finish. It is delicious sipped neat or ice cold, and it brings unexpected depth to a Bloody Mary, an espresso martini or a vodka Old Fashioned. This 750ml bottle is a true farm-to-bottle spirit and a great conversation starter on the bar.
