It is constructed for flexibility and convenience, allowing for processing a large variety of products while reducing labor and food costs. It has an all aluminum hopper and housing. Its anodized finish is resistant to harsh cleaners. It includes an interlock switch protection that prevents the machine from running when the pusher plate swings away or is open. It has a red off and a green on switch for easy to use and learn operation.
 
  It produces consistent, high quality products in seconds. It is a continuous feed full hopper food processor with six plates. You can process 17 pounds of product per minute, this is 1,200 pounds an hour, and 800 portions a day. It has an angled front for convenience use of the operator, and a 50-degree angle for ease of product loading. It can slice, grate, shreds, dice, and cuts julienne and crimping style of slices in a variety of dimensions. This was designed to reduce operator fatigue. This powerful unit has a planetary drive to help prevent stalling under heavy loads and no rest time is required between loads. The large half size feed hopper supports processing capabilities for a large variety of products. Its design permits continuous cutting of long products. This eliminates pre-cutting.
