Gin Provincia Patagonia is a limited-edition New Western gin distilled in Chile's Colchagua Valley that celebrates the wild spirit of Patagonia. Its botanicals are sourced from cultivated and foraged landscapes across Chile, including endemic plants like paramela, ñirre, chaura and calafate berry, plus rhubarb and wild white currants, complemented by juniper, basil, rosemary, lime, coriander, cardamom and angelica. The base is a corn spirit refined five times, with delicate botanicals processed by steam infusion or cold distillation to preserve their nuance, and the gin is proofed with glacier water and bottled at 86 proof. On the nose, expect wet stone, pine sap, citrus zest and a floral lift; on the palate, lively juniper interplays with blueberry-like calafate fruit and soft spice, finishing with echoes of cinnamon and green chili. A rare, terroir-driven South American gin for the adventurous drinker and a striking Gin and Tonic.Buy Gin Provincia Patagonia Limited Edition Small Batch Gin online with fast shipping right to your door.
